A Letter from our Preschool Director (Updated February 14, 2025)

At Jacksonville Classical Academy, we are proud to offer an introduction to Classical Education through our Pre K Jet Prep Program, where young hearts and minds take flight--laying the foundation for students to soar through their academic journey in our lower and upper school.  Our goal is to help each child reach their greatest potential – intellectually, physically, socially, spiritually, and emotionally. Our state-certified teachers are experts in early childhood development, guiding students through activities that explore concepts in early literacy, mathematics, science, and history while enhancing fine motor, social, and emotional capabilities.

We offer a five-day program (Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 11 AM) and a three-day program (Tues, Wed, Thu, 8 AM - 1 PM), with extended care available for an additional fee.

​

The Preschool Program at Jacksonville Classical Academy follows Florida’s Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program (VPK), offering a FREE educational experience for 4-year-olds to prepare them for kindergarten and beyond. To be eligible, children must live in Florida and turn four on or before September 1 of the school year they apply.

To apply:

• Step One: Register with the Early Learning Coalition by clicking here to receive your certificate of eligibility.

• Step Two: Apply to Jacksonville Classical Academy’s Pre-K program by clicking the "Apply Here" button. Once you submit an application, you will receive an Offer to Register or Waitlist status, depending on seat availability.
